OUR RETURN POLICY

FLAIR Collection and New Items

All new Items purchased at FLAIR may be exchanged or returned for store credit within two weeks of purchase date with original receipt. 

Vintage Items

All vintage items are sold in "as is" condition and are final sale. 

Thank you for agreeing to our terms and conditions of sale. 

  • Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
  • We are happy to obtain shipping or delivery quotes from our regular providers.  However, please note that we are not the shipper.  Therefore, records and damage claims must be made directly to the shipper. Also, please inform us within 48 hours upon receipt of merchandise in the event of a damage claim as we can assist with documentation to the shipper. 
  • Antique, Vintage and One-of-a-kind Items

Antique and vintage items are represented on our website with full disclosure.  FLAIR takes great pride in selling the finest quality vintage and one-of-a-kind merchandise sourced from around the globe.  Bear in mind that antiques and vintage items are just that.  Therefore, please expect a baseline amount of wear on these pieces.  We believe patina adds to the desirability and unique nature of each object.  Please make sure that you contact FLAIR with questions prior to purchasing these items.

  • Antique and vintage items are sold "AS IS" and we generally do not accept returns on these items.  We will be happy to discuss and disclose as much information and history about these items as we know, so please inquire directly with us prior to purchasing.
  • FLAIR cannot accept returns on antique and vintage books.

Special and Custom Orders

We are always pleased to provide you with Special and Custom orders.  All special or custom orders require a 50% non refundable deposit.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on special or custom orders.
  • Special or custom orders cancelled prior to delivery will forfeit a 50% non refundable deposit.
  • Special or custom orders accepted by the customer are protected against manufacturers' defects ONLY.

Shipping and return shipping charges are non refundable on any order.

Damaged Items

Damaged item claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise by contacting FLAIR directly at Info@FLAIRHomeCollection.com

  • Please make sure that you photograph the condition of the packing material, boxes, creates and the merchandise in the condition that you received it.
  • If at the time of delivery there is evidence of physical damage to the packing material you may refuse the delivery and ask the carrier to return the item to FLAIR. In the event you choose this option, please notify us immediately.
