Shipping

OUR GOAL

FLAIR wants you to enjoy your purchase and offers many shipping options.  We will deliver your purchase as quickly as possible.  Please note that some items, especially oversized items such as furniture require extra packing, handling and delivery options.  We will work with you to arrange the most convenient shipping method. 

 All orders are subject to availability.  If your order cannot be filled because the item is no longer available, you will be notified via email and the item will be taken off of your order.

 OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Immediate Shipping

  • In-stock merchandise of appropriate size and weight will ship via UPS Ground and has a processing time of 24-48 hours.
  • Please note that expedited shipping options are available and must be requested at time of checkout.  Please use the Client Special Instruction field to indicate expedited shipping for your item(s). We will adjust your order with the additional surcharges. 

Custom Shipping

  • Items that are noted with a Custom Shipping label require special shipping and handling.  FLAIR will contact you within 48 hours with a shipping and handling quotation.   • Client confirmation is required on all additional shipping and handling changes.
  • All items will be held for 48 hours after initial quotation.
  • To ensure proper processing, approval of all shipping and handling costs must be made by you within 48 hours of receiving a shipping quotation. If you have not approved the custom shipping cost within this timeframe, we will email you an order cancellation of that item(s).
  • Please contact FLAIR if this shipment requires special shipping or delivery arrangements.

Partial Shipment

  • In the case of backordered items, your shipping invoice will reflect which items are pending and they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available, therefore items ordered together may not always be shipped together.
  • The exact shipping cost for your order will be calculated based on merchandise availability, dimensions, weight and will be provided to you approximately 24-48 hours after your order has been placed on our website. 

Shipping Within the 48 Contiguous States

Please note that we use UPS Ground service as our primary shipping method.  The final ship method and carrier used will be based on several factors including your need for fast delivery, size and weight of item(s), shipping insurance, etc.

  • From time-to-time we may need to use alternative shipper such as FedEx, USPS and custom packing and crating carriers as required by the item(s) being shipped. You will be advised of any changes to shipper once you receive the Shipping Confirmation email generated at time of shipping.
  • We will gladly ship any item billed to your carrier account if desired. Please notify us with your carrier account information at Info@FLAIRHomeCollection.com. 

Shipping International or to Alaska and Hawaii

Due to the fluctuation in overseas shipping costs and methods, we will provide you with shipping costs approximately 24 hours after your order has been placed on our website. We will work with Federal Express, USPS and custom packing and crating carriers to negotiate the best shipping rate for your purchase.
