Alessandro Mandruzzato is a third-generation Murano glass maestro specialized in the shaping and incision of cold glass. Each piece is handmade in Murano following the traditional glass making techniques that the region is well known for.
Mandruzzato began working with glass in 1985 at the age of 15. Learning from his father, he developed the techniques that led his craft to become his passion: giving shape to a material as fragile as glass. Mandruzzato also specializes in the art of glass grinding, furthering his ability to create unique and daring glass works of art.
Mandruzzato's work has been exhibited in galleries and private collections all over the world, including Milan, New York, Dubai, Saint Petersburg and Moscow.
